FUNDRAISING OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Toronto / Full‑Time, 18‑Month Maternity Leave Contract (with possibility for extension).

This role involves remote/work‑from‑home arrangements with a requirement for a minimum of two (2) days per week working onsite. The organization may adjust these arrangements as the hybrid workforce plan evolves. The position supports our fundraising operations team, ensuring unrestricted revenue streams grow. The role requires a blend of operational oversight and cross‑functional collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $70,562.85 – $80,083.23 annually, based on experience.
• Contract employees may choose between:
  • 22% pay in lieu of sick time, vacation, holidays, and health and dental benefits.
  • 20% pay in lieu of sick time, vacation, holidays, and enrolment into HOOPP (defined benefit pension plan).
