Elevate fundraising efforts at the University of Waterloo as the Associate Director of Development. In this role, you will focus on major gifts and annual fundraising initiatives for the Faculty of Engineering.
This full-time, permanent position demands exceptional leadership and strategic skills to oversee fundraising campaigns and manage a team of Development Officers. You will actively engage with major donors and implement innovative fundraising strategies that align with the Faculty's priorities. Candidates should possess at least 8 years of related experience in fundraising.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage major gifts and campaigns at a high level
• Train and mentor fundraising staff for successful impact
