Fund Operations Specialist

The successful candidate will manage day‑to‑day fund operations for the Willoughby Investment Products. The role will report to the Manager, Fund Operations at Willoughby Asset Management and work closely with various internal departments and external service providers on a small, fast‑paced team. In this role you will gain access and experience in all areas of Investment Fund management, working closely with the fund portfolio managers, operations, compliance and executive team.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Customer service as the initial point of contact for advisor‑related enquiries and providing information relating to funds, portfolios, prices, distributions and fund dealing procedures;
• Calculation of the funds’ performance;
• Review and prepare marketing material for performance calculation and fund information;
