Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover trade and cash reconciliations, identify trade discrepancy and resolve trade breaks and follow up on settlement issues
- Liaise with external providers including fund administrator, custodian, broker etc on fund operations issues
- Oversee fund operations, ensure the operations workflow and process are smooth and efficient
- Prepare fund performance report, cash management, fund expense payments etc
- Collaborate with the management to enhance the firm’s operations efficiency and data process
- Assist in some admin duties such as liaising with IT vendor and office facilities
- Other ad-hoc duties when necessary
