The Fund Admin role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of Zensar's financial services. You will be responsible for administering and managing a range of funds, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Administer Retirement, Pension, and Provident Funds, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and timely processing of contributions and withdrawals. Process and manage claims, renewals, and new business, following established procedures and guidelines. Handle bank administration tasks, including fund transfers, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records. Administer investment portfolios, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with investment strategies.
