Functional / Process Consultant

About the role

The Functional / Process Consultant is responsible for translating complex business and control requirements into scalable Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) processes. This role leads the design of the target state from a low-maturity, manual baseline, establishing structured access governance across the enterprise. You will hold accountability across requirements gathering, workflow design, certification campaigns, and operating model recommendations, acting as the primary interface with key business stakeholders to ensure a secure, compliant, and user-adopted IGA rollout.

Remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in Europe or Latin America (LATAM), provided they can operate during standard European business hours.
