Greet every customer in a friendly manner and manage the customer lineup. In other words, make someone's day.
Communicate clearly, efficiently and politely with co-workers to ensure that the correct order is served to the customers in a timely manner.
Provide guests with samples and descriptions of product(s) as needed.
Prepare dessert orders while following all preparation, health and safety standards and guidelines.
Complete cleaning tasks and follow checklists provided by management; keep work area organized and clean, and sanitary throughout shift (following strict COVID‑19 protocols).
Prepare and stock/restock for daily and weekly operations – inventory receipt paper, loyalty cards, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper.
