Job Description
This position will perform a variety of container, tarp and vessel fumigations in a safe manner following SGS guidelines and SOP’s.
Performing container fumigations, pre-shipment and quarantineGenerating documents for vessel and quarantined container fumigationsAccomplish inspection requirements according to the scope of jobEstablish constant communication with operationsKeep full and accurate logsFollow safety proceduresMaintain a professional manner while performing his/her dutiesDelivers samples to laboratory for analysisSupport any other duties that may be assigned by his/her supervisorFollow all requirements according to any government regulations pertaining to fumigation services.May be assigned and coordinate special or ad hoc projects as needed ( training for grain grading, lab analysis, H&S related tasks such as field risk assessments, etc)
