Lead the Kamloops shelter at The Mustard Seed, working to provide vital services for those experiencing homelessness. This full-time role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
As the Shelter Manager reporting to the Director of Shelters in the South, you will oversee shelter operations, train staff, and manage guest concerns effectively. You will collaborate closely with various programs within The Mustard Seed and external partners to enhance service delivery. Your leadership will ensure staff engage with guests compassionately, fostering an environment of support and safety.
