As a Recreation Therapist, you'll engage in hands-on programming and resident assessments across different facilities. You will lead recreational programming and provide guidance to Coordinators, ensuring high-quality interactions for residents. Expect to facilitate care conferences while researching and implementing best practices for engaging recreation programs.
