Full-Time Planner in Student Success

Join NVIT as a full-time Success Centre Planner, dedicated to enhancing student retention and success in Merritt, BC. This role focuses on trauma-informed, culturally responsive support for learners.
As a member of the Enrolment Services team, you will help navigate academic pathways for students from pre-entry to graduation. You’ll collaborate with various departments and community partners, reinforcing a supportive environment that values Indigenous-centred education and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in coordinating individual accommodation and accessibility plans
• Participate in strategic planning for student services
• Provide advocacy for students, addressing concerns and resources
