Become a full-time Outreach Worker with Equation Staffing in Calgary, AB. Provide support to individuals experiencing addiction and mental health challenges through direct engagement and advocacy.
In this role, you will work closely with vulnerable clients and partner agencies to address public safety concerns and crisis situations effectively. You’ll engage in outreach across hidden and high-risk areas, maintain confidentiality, and advocate for essential services. The job also includes administrative tasks to support case management.
