Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with patient(s) in their home. Nightshift available. Nights of the week are flexible 10pm-7am

Responsibilities:
+ Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on each assignment
+ Provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
+ Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition
+ Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
