Lead a 600+ unit condominium as the on-site Condominium Manager. Oversee operations, budget management, and enhance community living.
With a full-time presence, this role demands a proactive manager experienced in condominium legislation and operational oversight. You will engage with residents, manage financial health, and lead critical maintenance projects while ensuring high standards for quality and safety. Your ability to read legal documents and evaluate contractors will play a crucial role in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
