This position is vital for the maintenance of a 153-unit residential building across 28 floors. You will engage in various cleaning tasks while coordinating with fellow cleaners. Your role will focus on keeping areas sanitary, replenishing supplies, and responding swiftly to spills and messes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean residential and commercial properties thoroughly
• Replenish essential supplies like soap and paper products
• Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
• Quickly manage spills and maintain safety
• Coordinate duties effectively with other cleaning staff
Requirements:
• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial
• Must be reliable with strong communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
