Drive operations at a leading Jewish non-profit as a Full-Time Office Administrator and Bookkeeper. Cultivate membership engagement while expertly managing financial tasks and office administration.
As an Office Administrator and Bookkeeper, you'll support the synagogue’s daily functions and report directly to the Executive Director. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to maintain confidentiality. You'll engage with members, coordinate programs, and handle bookkeeping tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence
