This position emphasizes collaboration with caregivers and community partners while implementing behavioral supports across various settings. As you manage caseloads, you will gather information, develop Behavioral Assessment Reports, and train caregivers on support plans. Strong analytical skills and experience in a clinical environment are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of 8-10 clients effectively
• Develop Behaviour Assessment Reports and support plans
• Monitor client behavior through data collection
• Facilitate skill-building groups for clients and caregivers
• Provide staff training on behavioral strategies
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field
