Full-Charge Staff Accountant — Close, Forecast & Analysis

MezTal is seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant to own the day‑to‑day accounting for its multi‑location foodservice and concessions operations. You will manage daily sales, bank reconciliations, payroll, payables, and receivables, with a rolling cash flow projection and monthly close.

You will partner with the CEO and a fractional CFO, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and analyses. The role offers hands‑on ownership and exposure to a growing multi‑unit business in Mexico.
