Fulfillment Capacity Strategy Expert

Responsibilities:Be responsible for fulfillment capacity levels; design capacity models tailored to different stages of business development; set capacity targets based on order volume forecasts; and develop capacity growth and retention strategies; Be responsible for the quality of fulfillment capacity; design capacity management rules in line with business development needs; develop solutions for issues such as rider attendance, equipment, order refusals, handling of delivery anomalies, and management of rider-initiated cancellation reasons; collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive implementation of these solutions and establish a competitive advantage in capacity quality; Be responsible for fulfillment costs; within the constraints of user experience, leverage strategies such as scheduling, pricing, and ETA coordination in conjunction with capacity models to improve delivery labor efficiency and optimize fulfillment costs; Oversee operational activities supporting stra...
