About The Team Join Shopee's Fulfilled-by-Shopee (FBS) team as a Seller Management Specialist, where you will be the go-to person for a portfolio of sellers. You'll resolve daily operational issues, keep sellers engaged post-onboarding, and work with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous growth. - Be the primary liaison for FBS sellers, handling high volumes of queries and escalations quickly and accurately
- Manage seller relationships to drive retention, stock availability, and order growth
- Troubleshoot operational issues by working closely with Operations, Finance, Product, and Relationship Managers
