Position Overview
Job Title: FSQA Supervisor
Department: Food Safety & Quality Assurance
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Houston, TX
Reports To: Senior Manager, Food Safety & Quality; General Manager
Direct Reports: Sanitation Supervisor
Schedule Expectations:
- Minimum 40 hours per week; onsite
- Schedule may vary based on business needs
- Typically Monday-Friday, day shift
- One week per month requires overnight coverage (9:00 PM - 5:00 AM) for sanitation supervision
- Additional hours or weekends as needed
Role Expectations:
- 80% production floor presence
- 20% administrative and documentation responsibilities
