Key Activities
Under the immediate supervision of the House Manager, the Front-of-House Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the highest possible level of customer service from all Front-of-House staff.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
•Monitoring all aspects of Front-of-House operations and correcting any deficiencies or problems that may arise;
• Participating in the recruitment and training of Front-of-House staff;
• Supervising Front-of-House staff during performances and other NAC events;
• Ensuring the efficient delivery of customer service;
• Liaising with various other National Arts Centre departments;
• Ensuring a safe and clean environment;
• Participating in various administrative responsibilities.
