Position Summary:
Operate in a client support and document processing environment by reviewing documents/forms received from clients through branches, verifying information, and ensuring accuracy between submitted documents/forms and internal systems. Support team operations, provide training when required, and assist managers with assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process documents/forms received from clients through branches.
- Verify all information between the documents/forms and the system.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data and documentation.
- Provide training to other team members when needed.
- Support tasks assigned by managers.
- Maintain quality and accuracy while handling client documentation.
Required Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Adobe
