Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities:
- PHASE 0 (first): validate the beres internal system before any client goes live
- Confirm the system reliably reproduces correct numbers (incl. overtime, TER, BPJS, edge cases) so it is trustworthy enough to deliver to external clients
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Validate payroll calculations, including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, prorated salary, THR, and severance payments.
- Calculate, review, and reconcile PPh 21 (including the TER method) as well as BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan contributions.
- Perform comprehensive payroll quality checks to ensure all payroll data is accurate before client delivery and statutory submission.
