Job Description
- Collect, process, and analyze relevant data to support business decisions
- Present clear findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Develop accurate cost estimations for facility investments and improvements
- Prepare and manage Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) breakdowns for proposed options
- Prepare and manage Operational Expenditure (OPEX) projections for proposed options
- Update and maintain all facility-related data in a structured and accessible manner
- Recap and monitor capacity projection data across facility portfolio
- Track and report lease timelines for all relevant properties
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency for reporting purposes
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture or Civil Engineering is a plus
- Minimum 1 (one) year of working experience in a facility design or related role
