In this role, you will conduct pacemaker analyses and programming alongside health professionals. Your daily tasks will include performing vital tests such as ECG and holter monitoring, and collaborating with physicians regarding patient treatments. You will also assist in the orientation of staff and contribute to the refinement of departmental procedures for enhanced patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and analyze cardiac pacemakers
• Assist during surgical pacemaker implants
• Perform a variety of cardiac tests including ECG
• Summarize data for clinician interpretation
• Participate in staff training on pacemaker functions
Requirements:
• Diploma in Cardiology Technology plus specialty exam
• At least two years’ relevant experience
