Founding Trader & Market Operations Lead

Banco Plata is seeking a seasoned Head of Trading to establish the trading operations of a new brokerage firm. As the first trader, you will validate critical trading infrastructure and execute client orders across various markets.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in a casa de bolsa, including 5 in active trading roles, and is familiar with BMV and BIVA platforms. If you are passionate about founding and shaping a new trading environment, we want to hear from you.
