Foundation Program Manager (Part-Time)

Vancouver Whitecaps FC is seeking a Foundation Program Manager to join our team on a part‑time contract basis through December 31, 2026.

Reporting to the Chair, Whitecaps FC Foundation, the Foundation Program Manager is responsible for the operational management and administration of the Vancouver Whitecaps FC Foundation’s 50/50 raffle program. This role will support the launch, implementation, and ongoing success of the Foundation’s fundraising initiatives, ensuring all activities align with the mission, values, and objectives of the Whitecaps FC Foundation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Whitecaps FC Foundation’s 50/50 raffle program.
• Execute and monitor all 50/50 activities in compliance with applicable gaming regulations and licensing requirements, including all rules established by the Independent Gaming Control Office (IGCO).
