Forward Deployed Engineer

At Decoda Health , we’re building the operating system for medical practices. Our platform automates the high-friction work — scheduling, payments, communications, and charting — so providers can focus on patients.

We are looking for a Forward‑Deployed Engineer who is equal parts technical expert and customer advocate. You will be the bridge between our platform and the clinics we serve. If you are a personable engineer who loves solving complex problems and making customers happy, we want to meet you.

In this role you will:

• Own technical delivery across multiple deployments, from first prototype to stable production.
• Drive data migrations: Build and maintain high-performance Python-based pipelines and scrapers to extract information from legacy systems.
• Embed with customer teams: Understand their needs, remove blockers early, and guide the adoption of what you build.
