We are looking for a

Senior Formulation Chemist

who doesn’t just make formulas — but

builds products that scale, sell, and survive real markets .
If you have worked on

skincare, haircare, or sunscreens

and understand

performance, stability, cost, and compliance , this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
Develop

high-performance formulations

across skincare, haircare, body care & sunscreens
Work on

modern UV filters, actives, textures, and sensorial systems
Handle

bench → pilot → commercial scale-up

independently
Optimize formulas for

cost, stability, and global compliance (India, EU, etc.)
Support

client trials, reformulations, and troubleshooting
Collaborate closely with

production, QC, and sourcing teams
