Day-to-day, you’ll manage onsite operations, set goals, and oversee progress to ensure our projects run smoothly and efficiently.What you will bring to the role:

Proven experience in drainage works, subdivision construction, or similar fields. 

A Class 2 license & WTR endorsement (required). 

Strong leadership and team motivation skills. 

Great communication skills with clients, consultants, and team members.
