Forensic Analyst (Vancouver)

Fortinet is looking for a detail-oriented candidate to join the Forensics team in Vancouver. As part of the Forensics team, you will be supporting our cyber security incident‑handling program by conducting digital forensics investigations, malware analysis, and threat intelligence research to support various teams internally and externally.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth forensics analysis on compromised Windows/Linux/MacOS operating systems
• Correlate data from network logs and disk logs, developing threat intelligence based on the artifacts and indicators of compromise during investigations
• Identify attack vectors and other affected systems
• Reverse engineer malicious binaries
• Work closely with the InfoSec/PSIRT teams to contain and remediate incidents
• Communicate forensic findings (written and verbal) to both business and technology audiences
