**Job Description**
Lead and oversee commercial new construction plumbing and pipefitting projects, including the installation and hanging of gas lines and various piping systems. Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with project plans, mechanical standards, and building codes.

**Responsibilities**

+ Supervise and coordinate daily activities on commercial new construction plumbing and pipefitting projects.
+ Install and oversee the installation of gas lines, including overhead gas piping, black pipe, and related components.
+ Manage installation of PVC, copper, cast iron, and other piping systems for plumbing and HVAC applications.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate layout and installation of piping systems.
+ Verify that all plumbing and pipefitting work meets mechanical standards, project specifications, and applicable codes.
