Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Shaw Lanes Bowling Center. The purpose of this position is to perform a wide variety of simple cooking tasks. Responsibilities Washes, peels, slices vegetables and other food items. Sliced cooked meats and prepares a variety of sandwiches such as Barbecue, steamed hot dogs, cold salads, etc. Wraps, arranged and packages sandwiches for carry out. Follows various recipes. Serves carbonated and other soft drinks, beer, milk, etc. Makes coffee. Takes orders and serves food items. Dispense candy, potato chips and other snack items. Refills beverage and ice dispensers as required. Washes dishes, utensils, pots, pans, bins. etc. May clear tables, scrub floors, clean hood over grill and carry out trash bags.
