**Job Description**
The Guest Service Associate, Mobile Ordering Expert is responsible for delivering an exceptional
guest experience while supporting and managing the mobile ordering process within campus dining
operations. This position serves as the primary point of contact for guests utilizing mobile ordering
services and ensures all orders are accurate, timely, and presented according to Harvest Table
Culinary Group standards.
**Job Responsibilities**
? Complete all required Service Excellence and YES Inspired Culture training programs.
? Assist guests with mobile ordering, reservations, and order pickup.
? Manage restaurant capacity, walk-ins, and guest check-in processes.
? Verify guest identity and order accuracy before releasing orders.
? Conduct quality assurance checks on all completed meals.
? Confirm all special requests and modifications have been fulfilled.
