Description

We are seeking a Food Services Supervisor to join our team at Hillsdale Terraces, 200-bed long term care home located in Oshawa.

Reporting to the Manager of Food Services, the incumbent will supervise the Food Services Department of the home.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dining and observe residents at meal time, as well as participate in food service audits and identify gaps to target training and relay information to the Registered Dietitian as required
• Ensure adequate staffing of the Food Services Department by maintaining bi-weekly schedules and monitoring staff absenteeism
