As a Food Service Director, you will manage diverse food service operations, including cafés and catering events, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee staff operations in cafés and franchises
• Implement health and safety processes and training
• Manage menu planning and food operations
• Control food costs and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards
Requirements:
• University degree in hospitality management
• Seven years of experience in food service management
• ServeSafe and/or FoodSafe certified
• Red Seal Chef status required
