This pivotal role ensures food safety, product quality, health and safety, and brand integrity across your zone. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and team performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Assign roles and provide clear instructions to team members.
Motivate and support your team to meet production targets.
Conduct performance and probationary reviews.
Lead investigations and disciplinary hearings with HR support.
Present quarterly profit improvement plans to senior management.
Operational Excellence
Monitor GMP, food safety, and health & safety standards across your area.
