**Job Description**
**Food & Nutrition Aide-Food Service Food Production-Mount Sinai West-Part Time, 3:30pm to 8:00pm, Weekends and Holidays**
Prepares, portions, transports, and serves food and beverages as assigned and follows standardized recipes, menus and production sheets as necessary
**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Food service experience preferred.

**Responsibilities**
+ Sets up and serves special catering functions as assigned.
+ Prepares, portions, transports, and serves food and beverages as assigned.
+ Follows standardized recipes, menus and production sheets as necessary.
+ Uses various equipment while performing assigned tasks. Operates equipment in a safe manner and cleans all equipment according to extablished guidelines.
