Description

The Food & Beverage Outlets Manager is responsible for supporting the Director, Food & Beverage in the strategic business planning, leadership and administration of the Food & Beverage Outlets. The primary focus will be on revenue generating and team/department success in WinSport's Garden Café, Food Hall, Legacy Cafe, EightyEight Bar & Grill, WinSport Hockey House and Concessions as well as assisting the Catering department where required.

What You Will Be Doing

• Direct all aspects of the front‑of‑house operation of WinSport’s food service locations including: The Garden Café, Food Hall, Legacy Café, EightyEight Bar & Grill, WinSport Hockey House, and Concessions.
• Help create and manage the annual budget for the food service areas.
• Monitor financial performance to ensure the department is meeting or exceeding budgetary commitment.
