Exciting full-time year-round beginning July 2026 opportunity to manage the restaurant Silverwater at the Chateau Jasper and the Food & Beverage Operations at Lobstick Lodge.
The role of Food & Beverage Manager is to lead a Food & Beverage (F&B) team within our seven Jasper Lodging (JL) properties. You will be responsible for leading our team to provide world class service to our hotel guests, visitors of Jasper, and also for wedding parties / elevated conference attendees. Supervise daily restaurant operations and monitor compliance with all F&B policies, standards, and procedures. Manage day-to-day operations ensuring that quality, standards and guest expectations are met. Maintain the operating budget and verify that standards and legal obligations are followed. Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
