Lead the Food & Beverage operations at WinSport’s diverse outlets. Drive revenue, manage budgets, and oversee a dedicated team to enhance guest experiences across multiple venues.
As the Food & Beverage Outlets Manager, you will support the Director in strategic planning and leadership for various locations including the Garden Café and EightyEight Bar & Grill. Your role involves monitoring financial performance, recruiting staff, and coaching Assistant Managers, promoting both creativity and exceptional service to ensure operational success.
