Overview of Position

• Possess a strong ability to stay focused and organized and lead a group of 20-30 staff in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of hospitality and service standards.
• Assist in Menu Creation, Scheduling, Cash Management, Inventory Management and Ordering, and other administrative functions as assigned.
• Is responsible for the safe and responsible service of alcohol at the venue at all times. Must always abide to all liquor laws and the Terms and Conditions of a food primary liquor license.
• Responsible for actioning building maintenance and attention to risk management in and around the restaurant.
