FM Securities Issuer Services - Senior Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail‑oriented, team player to join our Issuer Services team. The role focuses on handling issuer‑related tasks and ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders, in close collaboration with the Operations team based in Amsterdam.

Issuer Services Overview

• Support issuance of ING‑bank bonds and securities, including Global Issuance Program, Debt Issuance Program, Covered Bonds, and other ING entities such as Belgium, DIBA, Groep, etc., as well as Certificates of Deposit and Commercial Papers.
• Monitor and process associated corporate‑action events, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely settlement.
• Handle payment of interest, redemptions, dividends, and other distributions of securities, as well as tax‑reclaim services for third‑party issuers.
• Maintain quality of transaction processing and delivery before currency cut‑off.
