Role description

The Floor Manager is essential to the success of our service‑meets‑retail Fig Bars, playing a key role in the day‑to‑day operations, both front and back‑of‑house. In this role, you will support the Fig Bar Manager in overseeing operations while primarily focusing on driving product sales performance, reviewing metrics, and coaching the team to improve productivity. You will also be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, adhering to protocols, and educating team members and guests to promote skin confidence and uphold brand standards.

Additionally, as a Floor Manager, you will be a community ambassador, fostering local partnerships, hosting events, and promoting the brand through guest service interactions and social media.
