Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage aircraft flight test programs.
- Develop test plans, procedures, and execution strategies.
- Oversee flight test instrumentation, data acquisition, and analysis.
- Coordinate with pilots, engineering teams, and certification authorities.
- Support safety assessments, handling qualities evaluations, and certification activities.
- Review and present flight test results and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
- 15+ years of engineering experience.
- 5+ years of flight test engineering or flight test management experience.
- Robust knowledge of flight test planning, execution, and data analysis.
- Experience with certification processes and flight test operations preferred.
- Familiarity with human factors, handling qualities, and safety processes is an advantage.
