Conair is seeking a permanent full-time Flight Operations Scheduler and Coordinator. The Flight Operations Scheduler and Coordinator is primarily responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating operational and training crew schedules that support Conair's aerial firefighting operations. This position will report to the Flight Operations Logistics Manager.

The role supports the development and improvement of Flight Operations scheduling systems, workflows, and administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency, resourceutilization, and coordination.
