Fleet Supervisor

Job Summary

The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for supervising Camelicious fleet operations including company vehicles, drivers, vehicle allocation, preventive maintenance, service schedules, fuel monitoring, vehicle documents, route coordination, breakdown response and compliance with company and UAE road safety requirements. The role ensures that vehicles are available, safe, legally compliant and efficiently utilised for company operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Fleet Operations Management: Supervise daily allocation and utilisation of company vehicles for farm, factory, sales, logistics, staff transport and administrative requirements; coordinate driver schedules, trip planning, vehicle movement and urgent operational transport requirements; ensure optimal utilisation of vehicles and avoid unnecessary downtime, idle time or duplication of trips; monitor daily vehicle movement logs, mileage records, fuel consumption, Salik usage and trip sheets. <...
