Fleet Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to oversee daily fleet operations and ensure vehicle safety, compliance, and efficiency. You’ll manage multiple vehicles across locations, coordinate with mechanic shops, support drivers, and stay on top of records, inspections, systems, and insurance-related follow-ups.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

You’ll coordinate maintenance and repairs, track vehicle status, support drivers with issues on the road, ensure compliance documentation is current, and keep fleet systems updated. Some days are steady and process-driven; others involve responding quickly to breakdowns, incidents, or urgent scheduling changes.
