**Overview**
FIRST LINE SUPERVISOR (RRAD)
Bowhead seeks First-Line Supervisors to fill positions at the Anniston Army Depot located in Anniston, AL to oversee daily maintenance/productions operations and personnel to ensure the facility remains mission-ready and compliant with strict Department of Defense (DoD) regulations. Performs a variety of complex tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically attends Government Program Meetings and reports to a Corporate Director or Official.
**Responsibilities**
**This is a proposal effort pay to be determined upon award of contract.**
+ Responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring production goal targets are met.
+ Enforce safety and company policies on the ground. Production lines are ripe with potential safety hazards, it’s important to understand the risks of working with heavy machinery or other dangerous equipment.
